History & Mission

Regent Villa was established in 1976 with the aim of providing optimal and compassionate care for the elderly at an affordable cost.

Through the years we have remained dedicated to our mission of providing a warm and caring living environment for our growing population of elderly at an affordable cost. We are committed to providing activities that foster active involvement in the surrounding community, while also offering our residents a nurturing, caring environment.

Seth Bienstock

As the Executive Director, Seth oversees the operations of Regent Villa and ensures that the facility continues to maintain the highest standards of care.

Seth has been with the facility since for over 10 years and actively participates in assisting new residents as they transition into our community. His first-hand experience in caring for a loved one in hospital gave him valuable insight into the importance of friendly and compassionate care with a personal touch. This concept is strongly ingrained in all of the staff at our facility.

“My goal is committed to continuously elevating the level of care at Regent Villa, modernizing our facility and rooms, and providing an environment where our elderly population can thrive and live.”
